ShareWith spring rapidly approaching it was time to break out the bike. During the winter, I try to exercise by using our elliptical and treadmill. While watching DVD’s lessons the drudgery of working out, it’s not the same as riding outdoors on my bike. Whether it’s in our exercise room or biking outdoors, I try to exercise five days out of seven. A couple of weeks ago, I wrote about a new toy I was getting called a TonidoPlug. While I wait on it’s arrival (it’s been delayed a few weeks), I was listening to a pod cast extolling it’s virtues (shamelessly trying to reinforce my decision) and heard the speaker talking about a toy he recently got for his Droid called Cardio Trainer. A few Google Minutes later I was browsing their site and a few minutes after that had downloaded the app to my Droid. Since it was a pretty nice day, around 50 and mostly sunny, I put some air in the tires and hit the road. My trips are fairly standard and I have basically four or five routes I’ll take.
