Share I get a lot of mileage out of the whole curmudgeon thing.  It’s true I can be pretty grumpy and usually assume a sarcastic posture on most any topic.  But the fact is there are things I like.  No really, there are.  I’ve actually written about things I like in previous blog entries, no really.  I’ll refresh your memory on those and add a bunch of new ones. I’ve decided to collect those items and lay them out here, for the world to see. Nissi’s as they say on their home page, is a restaurant and music venue. I go for the music but also enjoy the food.  Nissi’s serves “bistro-styled small plates”.  Fortunately, the small plates can be ordered with food on them.  As for music, they showcase a lot of local talent, some play their own material while others are “tribute” bands.  We prefer the tribute bands, specifically, we liked the fake Eagles or as they are officially known,  The Long Run.  Nissi’s is a wonderful place with great food at reasonable prices.  In addition to supporting a local business,  you can also  support local musicians.   If you’re not from Colorado, making the trip to Lafayette here in …Read the Rest
