NetLowDown is a global provider of web based services and information.
We specialize in creating an Internet presence for your small business, non-profit and even individuals. This includes building your website, developing or enhancing your social media presence, or transforming your existing dedicated environment into “cloud” technology.
I was employed by IBM for over 15 years. The last 10 years I was a Delivery Project Executive responsable for the health and well being of multi-million dollar web sites. My mission was to ensure site availability met my customers expectations. I was able to exceed those expectations through a combination of technology and processes.
For obvious reasons, I'm not able to use the same technology as IBM. What I have taken with me, however, is the knowledge, dedication and committment necessary to ensure all of my customers expectations are not only met, but exceeded. The reality is, while technology is important, technology alone isn't enough. The key to success is executing tried and true processes.
I've adapted the world class processes I've used over the years to meet the demands of today's Internet.
